Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Boston, MA

Colby earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Boston College and her Master’s in Nursing from Duke University. During her undergraduate career, she spent most of her free hours volunteering in the Brigham and Women’s Hospital NICU, competing as a D1 athlete for the women’s rowing team, and working in the MGH emergency department. She joined the Porter Pediatric practice in August 2021 as a full-time provider.

Colby is especially passionate about giving parents, teens, and children the necessary tools and education to be both mentally and physically healthy. She has 14 years of experience in childcare and feels blessed to serve her community and advocate for patients and families.

As a Boston native, Colby enjoys spending time in New Hampshire and South Carolina where she hikes, bikes, and boats with family and friends. She enjoys living in the city of Boston with her sister, checking out new coffee shops, traveling, and playing tennis. She is an active member of the Corey C. Griffin Foundation and her local parish. Colby is board certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

She is a Committee Member on the board of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and is committed to collaborating with other members of ILADS to combat Lyme disease.
