Lynn Porter, MD

Dr. Porter is a Board-Certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1990. She completed 2 years of general surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts Categorical program from 1990-1992 and her pediatric residency and Chief residency at the Boston Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical center from 1995-1998. Dr Porter was subsequently hired on staff there. She was the Director of Outpatient Clinical Services and Associate Chief of the division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent medicine at Tufts Medical Center by the end of her 10 years there.
Dr Porter started her own practice in 2006 and is the Chief Medical Officer. She has been in practice for over 20 years. She teaches Medical students, residents and earned multiple teaching awards for her dedication to children.
Dr Porter is the mother of 3 girls, is an avid spinner, enjoys running and fitness. Also, is involved in programs at MIT to promote science/research in under represented high school students.
