Dear Patients and Families,
We write to you to inform you that our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Colby Fagan, has left our practice. She has decided to pursue other opportunities and will no longer provide medical care at our office. Your children’s healthcare will continue to be in good hands here at Porter Pediatrics and all visits previously scheduled with Colby will be transitioned onto Dr. Lauren Winter or Dr. Porter’s schedule.
